A new painting after some years - a 30 minute effort while sitting on a diving boat in the Red Sea in July this year. This ship, the "Loullia" sits stranded on a reef in the middle of the Straits of Tiran off the Sinai Peninsula. The Panamanian registered ship "docked" here safely in 1981 with no loss of life and it's super structure was more even complete until it was struck by a second boat in 2000, detaching the stern and susequently increasing the rate of deterioration. "Lucky white heather" as we say in Scotland.
