Images of Westminster Palace (Houses of Parliament) in London

Some images of the magnificant Westminster Palace in London, home of the Houses of Parliament. Architect Sir Charles Barry and his assistant, Augustus Pugin, were commissioned in 1836 to design a new home for the Parliament after the old one burnt down in 1834. The Palace was completed in 1847. Westminster Palace is a marvellous example of Gothic Revival architecture.
